Medical Information Access and Confidentiality
Is This You ?

I receive blood tests at my doctor's office, but I rarely get a copy of them. I also never see my results side-by-side, so I don't know how my health is actually trending.
I forget the specifics of my blood test results and don't have a way to reference them.

I'm worried that my test results and electronic medical records will be seen by people that I don't want to see them.
I am concerned that my test results will adversely affect me if seen by my employer, insurer or other entity.

I am embarrassed by the type of blood test I need and really don't want to do it at a doctor's office.
